ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 2700 — 2812 �'�.��t.V��W AVENUE FROM GENERAL INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT (I-2) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH AN <br />UNDERLYING ZONING OF MIXED USE BUSINESS PARK (B-6) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 3684, the following property, located at 2700 — <br />2812 �'az�v�ew Avenue and legally described as: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" <br />PIN 04-29-23-42-0036 <br />is hereby rezoned from General Industrial District (T-2} to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) with an underlying zoning of Mixed Use Business Park (B-6). <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
