'�.� Off-Street Parl�ing Lot Setbacks: The minimum setback from property line for the o�� <br />street parking lot shall be consistent with Section 1005.01 of the Roseville City Code and <br />as follows: <br />■ FRONT YARD (WEST) SETBACK: <br />15 feet from the properiy line <br />■ CORNER SIDE YARD (NORTH) SETBACK: <br />15 feet from the properiy line <br />. REAR YARD (EAST) SETBACK: <br />5 feet from the properiy line unless parking is used jointly, then no setback <br />. SIDE YARD (SOUTH) SETBACK: <br />5 feet from the properiy line unless parking is used jointly, then no setback <br />�.� Building Height: The multi-tenant structure shall not exceed its current height from <br />grade of _ feet. (measured from the "at grade" level entry to the top of the wall height <br />in the same location). <br />�,� Building Materials: Exterior building materials may include glass, stone, concrete block <br />a�.dlor brick, and shall consistent with Section 1010.02 (Design Standards — Exterior <br />Finish) of the Roseville City Code. <br />�,'� Mitigation of Impact on Adjacent Uses. All HVAC, mechanical, and energy support <br />system structures must be roof top mounted and screened from view on each unit or <br />within an interior mechanical room. Far the purpose of this PUD Agreement screening <br />shall consist of integral wall extensions of similar materials to the building wall materials <br />or trim. <br />�.� Storage. Outdoor or exterior storage of any material, equipment, is prohibited for any <br />duration including but not limited to: trucks and semi-trailers (except while delivering <br />goods, services, and materials), boats, trailers, campers, snowmobiles, ice houses, junk, <br />pallets, debris, inoperable andlo�' non-licensedvehicles. The installation of sheds or other <br />accessory buildings is prohibited. Outdoor sales and merchandising and equipment for <br />sale is exempt from this requirement (requires seasonal sales and display permit). <br />�_� Site Landscaping. Any future modifications to the site including redesigned on-site <br />parking andlor structure expansion, shall meet the landscape requirements of Section <br />1010.05 (Landscape in Parking Areas and 1010.14 (Landscaping Areas other than <br />Building and Hardstand). <br />?_ I i] Trash Handling. Section 1010.1 i�3 requires all trash handling equipment (trash and <br />recycling dumpsters ar�d/qr compactors) to be containedwithin the subject structureor <br />within an approved attack�ecUcletac�ed structure. <br />
