7.1 General Development Standards. The certificate of survey, site developmentplan, <br />landscape plan, grading and utility plan, and building elevations shall be part of the <br />standards for PUD development of the subj ect property. <br />7.2 Uses –Permitted, Future Uses or Reuse: The permitted use of the subject property <br />shall be those permitted by the underlying B-6 (Mixed Use Business Park) zoning <br />district. In addition, the parties hereto recognize the current tenancies in the building as <br />described to the City Planner by the applicant, are generally consistent with the permitted <br />uses in the B-6 zone. Such tenancies shall be subject to the following conditions: <br />A. Any continuation of the above tenancies an€�Iqr new use of the rental spaces <br />must be in compliance with the list of allowable B-6 uses in Section 1005.015 <br />of the Roseville City Code.
