Proposed use by The Press Gym and associated businesses is
compatible with surrounding land uses at and near the Facility. Except for
the space The Press Gym plans to lease, the Facility is otherwise fully
leased. A summary of Facility tenants is included in Exhibit D. As previously indicated, the
Property is zoned 1-2. Although existing tenant uses are permitted in -2,
they are also generally permitted in -1.
The Facility at the Property was developed in accordance with -2
district rquirements. Along with any specified
uses, the I- district allows manufactung, compounding, processing,
packaging, assembly, nd/c` treatment of finished or semi-fin,zsed products
'irrt previously prepared material.
