All were present. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that an e-mail had been received by staff <br />earlier today from James R. Walston, representing the applicant, <br />requesting tabling until November 14, 2005, Agenda Item 10 <br />entitled, "Consider Minnesota Industrial Ventures LLC's <br />(Northco Corporation) Request to Rezone 2770 — 2812 Fa��view <br />Avenue �r�tr, General Industrial District, l-2, to PUD B-6 Mixed <br />Use Business Park; and a Request in Cooperation with Dan <br />Stock (The Press Gym) to Allow a Portion of the Structure to be <br />Utilized as a Fitness Center (PF 3683)." <br />Maschl�a moved, Ihlan seconded, tabling the request of <br />Minnesota Industrial Ventures �LC's (Northco Corporation) <br />Request to Rezone 2770 — 2812 Fairview Avenue from General <br />Industrial District, I-�, to PUD B-6 Mixed Use Business Park; <br />and a Request in Cooperation with Dan Stock (The Press Gym) <br />to Allow a Portion of the Structure to be Utilized as a Fitness <br />Center (PF 3C�83), until the November 14, 2005 regular City <br />Council meeting; with the applicant providing a written waiver <br />
