The Housing Plan includes the following: <br />Section 1. - Housing Vision Statement - provides a statement about the <br />preferred future, an expression c� optimism focused on what the City's housing <br />should look like in the next 10 years and beyond. <br />Section 2. - Needs Assessment - provides a summary c� current housing <br />conditions, forecasts c£ demographic informationand an indication c� the <br />importance c� housing investment within the City. <br />Section 3. - Housing Goals - establishes goals and sets policy regarding what <br />needs to be done to achieve the City's housing objectives. <br />Section 4. - Action St��s\I�n�Zemenfat�an Strategies - outlines the programs <br />that may be implemented to achieve each goal. <br />Section 5. - Benchmarking - provides a framework to assess how the City is <br />achieving its goals and meeting its housing objectives. It is understood that as <br />housing structures age and the market needs change, so will the goals and <br />action steps in the Housing Plan. <br />Section 1.
