ACCOMPLISHMENTS <br />����-���� <br />L� Purchased S lots, constructed and sold 5 affordable lousing units at <br />Applewood Development. The homes were sold to first time buyers which <br />ixxe�uded Roseville families who were renters, teachers and a fire fighter. These <br />new �a�il�es�wexe able to purchasethe homes throughthe %�T2A's deferred second <br />mortgage program. <br />0 Resolved long standing code deficient house issue — 2012 Eldridge. With <br />minimal cost but lots of muscle, the IIRA convinced the owner of 2012 Eldridge <br />to tear down a neighborhood health and safety issue and construct a beautiful new <br />home. <br />0 Completed the process of review of a Neighborhood Enhancement Program. <br />The process included 5 neighborhood meetings, 2 business meetings and a <br />meeting of the school districts and commission chairs. A report with policy <br />statements and action steps has been generated and will be the basis of future <br />programs requested by Roseville residents to improve neighborhoods and civic <br />pride. <br />� Completed Multi-FamilyHousing Study and demographics. A year long <br />process was completed to fully study the condition and make up of the <br />apartments, townhomes and condos in Roseville as well as understand who is <br />living in multi-family housing in Roseville and what happens when they leave. <br />The study will help to identify targeted program to ensure the long teim quality of <br />life in multi family housing in Roseville. <br />C� McC�r�ons Neighborhood Master Plan. The T��RA conducted neighborhood <br />meetings and studied the area to develop a short and long range redevelopment <br />plan for the Guptil property and surrounding area. The study resulted in the <br />approval of a concept plan for the Guptil site scheduled to begin construction in <br />2005. <br />C� Funded the Housing Resource Center (HRC) financial and technical services <br />free to Roseville residents. In 2004-OS the HRC served 570 residents, provided <br />1,100 different services, issued $173,151 in 191oans and $151,600 in 8 state and <br />county loans and provided 380 home visits for an average of 23 home visits per <br />month. The HRC services & loans resulted in $362,178 in new project value ii� <br />zoo�-as. <br />
