The a�a��.l fair is <br />free and open to the public and serves over 1,000 people per show. The fair is <br />funded by fair fees and sponsorship from vendors. <br />0 Accepted the 2004 EDAM Housing Award for Applewood Poiute Project. <br />❑ Produced the four "Housing Link" Newsletters and submitted it to residents <br />through the Roseville Newsletter. The cost for production and insert of the <br />newsletter is paid for by the HRA. <br />� Completed and distributed the "Split-Visions" Remodeling Resource Book <br />❑ Completed the Housing Redesign Resource Book and Funded two design <br />grants for maj or renovation of existing homes in Roseville that retained 2 <br />families with young cix�Zdren. <br />C� Developed an HRA. Brochure and approved an ��A logo. <br />0 Funded �/z Ehe cost of the installation of needed handicapped accessible doors <br />at the Roseville Senior Housing. <br />0 Created a Family Ownership Rehab Loan program. The program targets <br />families in Roseville who want to malce improvements to their home by providing <br />them with a�2�,Q00, 4°/Q interest loan as well as design assistance. <br />❑ Funded the Senior Housing Regeneration Program for Roseville. The <br />program allows the marlcet and voluntary purchase of senior's single family <br />homes, malces necessary code and livability improvements and resells to first time <br />homebuyers targeting young families with children. Seven homes have been <br />purchased in Roseville with no HIZA or City funds. The HRA allocated $200,000 � <br />in 2005 to the program specifically for Roseville and enhanced the program with <br />a new partnership with Realtors. <br />
