This Statement, <br />based on the 1998 Plan, seeks an increase in housing which translates into increased density. <br />For Roseville tklis has meant a population increase from 34,500 (2000) to 37,000 (2030) and a <br />housing unit increase from 15,500 (2000) to 17,500 (2030). <br />Growth Management: <br />The Regional Development Frameworksets an overall minimum residential density standard <br />of 3— S units per acre in developed and developingareas where urban service is located or <br />� anne . e avet�age minimum standard of3 units aer acre is irrtportantto the e�czent use <br />of regional systems, including wastewater system investments.
