Building officials estimate that many � the existing units are <br />older with deferred maintenance and would not meet �ife%�afety and city <br />code standards. <br />• Develop an �aT�t�rter�t Improvement Pra2rarrt that provides an innovative <br />funding program to rental property owners to mal�e necessary <br />improvements to aging complexes.
