Canvass the General Election Vote <br />City Manager Beets noted the requirements, under State Statute <br />205.185, subdivision 3, that the Council served as a Canvassing <br />Board, to declare results of the City Municipal Election held on <br />November 8.2005. <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, approval of the fmal <br />General Election results as presented in the staff report dated <br />November 14, 2005; with Councilmember Amy Ihlan elected to <br />a five-year term; and Councilmember Tom Kough and n�wly- <br />elected Councilmember Tammy Pust elected to three-year terms <br />respectively. <br />Mayor Klausing congratulated all of the municipal candidates for <br />their campaigns. <br />Councilmember Kough thanked all candidates; opining they <br />represented a talented group; and encouraged them to consider <br />running for elected office again. <br />Recognitions, <br />Donations, <br />Communications <br />Canvass General <br />Election Vote <br />
