Public Hearing to Consider the License Renewals of Pawn <br />America Minnesota, LLC, 1715 Rice Street and Global <br />Financial Ontsource Services, d/b/a United Check Cashing, <br />2216 W County Road D(PF 3688). <br />Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 6:47 p.m. <br />City Planner Paschke reviewed the requested action and the <br />process in accordance with State Statute ����_����}; along with <br />staff recommendation for renewal for the 2006 calendar year. <br />No one appeared for or against; and Mayor Klausing closed the <br />Public Hearing at 6:49 p.m. <br />Kough moved, Maschka seconded, approval of the requests by <br />Pawn America Minnesota LLC, 1715 North Rice Street, <br />Roseville; and Global Financial Outsource Services, Inc. (dlbla <br />United Check Cashing), 2216 W County Road D, Suite C, <br />Roseville; to renew their licenses to operate currency exchange <br />businesses in Roseville for the 2006 calendar year. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka; Schroeder; Kough; Ihlan and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />8. Consider Minnesota Industrial Ventures L�C's, (Northco <br />Corporation) Request to Rezone 2770-2812 �airview Avenue <br />from General Industrial District, I-2, to Light Industrial <br />District, I-1, and a Request in Cooperation with Dan Stock <br />(The Press Gym) to Allow a Portion of the Structure to be <br />Utilized as a Fitness Center (PF 3683) <br />City Planner Paschke reviewed the requested action; and <br />continuing discussions among, City Attorney Squires, the <br />applicant and their applicant's attorney, and staff after the <br />applicant had requested that the item be tabled from the October <br />24, 2005 Council meeting.
