City Council Regular Meeting —11/14/OS DRAFT Minutes - Page 13 City's Comprehensive Plan guidelines and the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Master Plan; recommending Council approval of the rezoning and PUD Agreement in its draft form, as presented. Discussion included consistencies with Twin Lakes zoning related to the long-range visions of the Comprehensive Plan guidelines; permitted uses; current and potential tenant uses; marlcet dictates; and parcel-specific compliance. Jim Walston, Applicant Representative Mr. Walston concurred with staffs recommendation and negotiated terms of the PUD Agreement; with the exception of language in Item 7.2.B. and discussed their concerns and practical applications. Mr. Paschke provided staffs perspective in providing checks and balances for the City to ensure compliance and con£o:rmity within multi-tenant buildings, while allowing flexibility with the site. Mr. Paschke noted that this was an ongoing issue for staff with multi-tenant buildings; and would prevent staff attempting to correct non-compliance issues after a multi-year lease agreement had been put in place between the property owner and prospective tenants. Mr. Paschke noted that this was particularly important in the newly-developing Twin Lakes area. Mr. Walston requested tabling of further discussion or resolution, as his client had not yet arrived. Mayor Klausing temporarily tabled this item at 7:05 �.m, for Mr. Walston to consult with his client upon arrival. During 2006 Budget discussions, the applicant and his representative consulted, and at 7:24 p.m., Mayor Klausing returned to the discussion of this item.
