All were present. <br />City Attorney Joe Langel was also present. <br />Approve Agenda Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br />1. Receive Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br />Councilmember Ihlan requested that Consent Agenda Items 3.a <br />and 3.1, respectively entitled, "Approve Check Register," and <br />"Approve Clarifications to City Code $1005.015 Relating to <br />Major and Minor Vehicle Repair (PF 3b86)," be removed for <br />discussion. <br />Councilmember Schroeder requested that Consent Agenda Item <br />3.0 entitled, "Set November 21, 2005 as the date to Conduct <br />Applicant Interviews for the Roseville Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority (HR.A}," be removed for discussion. <br />A.
