Thomas Paschke
Oct. 4,2005
We are against this development! !
We live on Parker.
Any time a developer finds a chunk of land, they want to stuff it and cram it full of buildings and
people. You can't find lots or pieces of property lil{e this any more. They are beautiful and
priceless. Any one that lives in Roseville that has a lot like this or similar, KNOWS how
precious your piece of land is. You love it! And the next families to own such properties, would
feel just as blessed, to own them. And the wild life that roams all thru this area would be
disturbed. Why don't we try to preserve these wonderful pieces of land in Roseville instead of
ripping them apart? Once they're gone, they're gone.
Now, lets tall{ about the real problem- the traffic!!
The builder comes, cram it full of people, then leaves.
We still live here. Our children have to be so careful on this street. Cars fly up and down Parlcer
now. Its hard enough getting out onto Lexington the way it is. And Lexington is only getting
busier. Now you want to add 10 more houses, which equal 20 plus more cars driving up and
down Parker every day. (2 adults for each, teenagers, family members, friends) at the least 20.
The church adds enough traffic. Almost every day of the week the church has large gatherings.
We do not need any more traffic added to this street! !!
This development would greatly impact all the people and the wild life that live on Parker.
Fix up or build new houses that are on the lots now, split the one if you have to, and that's
enough.
So, we are asking you to seriously think this thru. What benefits come from this development?
Beside the builder getting as much money in his pocket and then moving on. I don't believe
Roseville is that desperate for the few extra dollars it would get from these houses, that it would
over look these issues.
Please preserve, these lots, don't disrupt the wild life and most of all PLEASE do not put more
traffic on this sheet.
T'hank you,
Mike and Pam Anderson
'Hi P►I
CITY PLANNER
City of Roseville
2660 Civic Center Drive, MN 55113
