2. <br />law firms in the Twin Cities Metro area. These legal services will be <br />billed to the City in accordance with the hourly rates set forth in <br />AppendiY 1, as adjustedby this Agreement, during the term of this <br />Agreement. <br />1.2.2 Development and Bond Attorney Matters: The Law Firm, unless <br />requestedby the City and agreed to by both parties, will not perform <br />legal services in the "Bond Attorney" and "Development Attorney" <br />areas of service as described in the June 21,2002 RFP. If services in <br />these areas are providedby the Law Firm, these legal services will be <br />billed to the City by the Law Firm in accordance with the hourly rates <br />set forth in Appendix 1, as adjustedby this Agreement, during the <br />term of this Agreement. <br />1.2.3 Collective Bargaining Matters: The Law Firm will not perform <br />services in the area of union negotiations, including but not limited to <br />table negotiations, consultation on labor negotiation proposals, or <br />review of proposed labor contracts, except as requestedby the City. <br />Performance of these services shall be on a non-retainer basis and <br />according to the hourly rates in AppendiY 1. <br />1.2.4 ProsecutingAttorney Matters: The Law Firm will not pez�azm <br />legal services in the "Prosecuting Attorney" area of service. <br />Reimbursable Costs and Expenses. <br />2.1 <br />General Rule: The City will reimburse the Law Firm for actual, necessary, <br />and reasonable costs and expenses incurredby the Law Firm in the <br />performance of the legal services contained,in this agreement. <br />2.2 Specific Rates: <br />Descri�tion of Costs <br />Mileage <br />Parking <br />Meals <br />Photocopying <br />Facsimile <br />Long Distance Telephone <br />Postage <br />Messenger <br />I.R.S.
