He <br />further indicated that whatever the uses proposed, each will need to meet the requirements of the <br />B-2 zone for setbacic, parlcing, and other requirements of the City Code and the site must meet the <br />storm water management requirements of the City of Roseville and the Rice Creelc Watershed); <br />Member White asked if the site issues could be resolved in advance of rezoning (City Planner <br />indicated that there is not site plan approval required and the process requires all items to be <br />consistent with the City Code). The City Engineer added that regardless of the proposal the <br />d�velo�mentlredevelop�nent must meet storm water management requirements per the City Code <br />and the Rice Creek Watershed); Member White indicated support for the banlc hut was concerned <br />with the retail uses; Member Boerigter stated that the site is already retail; Member Dal�erty <br />stated he supported the rezoning of the site -� it is a compatible zone to what is occurring in the <br />area. <br />8.3 The Planning Commission voted (6-1) to recommend approval of the Rezoning from B-1, Limited <br />Business District to B-2, Retail Business District based on the information provided in Section 5 <br />ofthe projectreport dated December 7,2005. <br />9.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL: <br />9.1 ADOPT an ORDINANCE REZONING 1800 Highway 36 from ��.
