Steve $urwell, 2482 Albert Street <br />Mr. Burwell advised that, following last week's regular <br />meeting, he had been approached by one of the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment area developers, who allegedly informed <br />him that the liquor license for Twin Lakes was a"done <br />deal." Mr. Buzwell sought assurances that no one from <br />City staff or the City Council was making promises or <br />
