STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Council direct Community Development staff to abate the above referenced <br />public nuisance violations at 2815 Rice Street. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Direct Community Development staff to abate the above referenced public nuisance violation at 2815 <br />Rice Street by hiring a general contractor to remove and dispose of all junk/debris deposited on site. <br />The property owner will then be billed for actual and administrative costs.
