STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Council direct Community Development staff to abate the above referenced <br />public nuisance violations at 1350 Ryan Avenue. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Direct Community Development staff to abate the above referenced public nuisance violation at 1350 <br />Ryan Avenue by hiring a general contractor to remove and dispose of the black bags in the front and <br />side yards. The property owner will then be billed for actual and administrative costs.
