Fleming has requested permission of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville to install underground sewer pipes in one <br /> <br />certain street known as St. Albans Street, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of Roseville that the <br /> <br />above named party be granted the right and permission to install <br /> <br />sewer pipes in said street from Larpenteur Avenue northward a <br /> <br />distance of 705 feet connecting to the present existing sewer located <br /> <br />in Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that permission is also given to said <br /> <br /> <br />Robert F. Fleming to attach lateral sewer lines and connections for <br /> <br /> <br />the purpose of furnishing sewer facilities to the lots adjacent to <br /> <br />the said St. Albans Street and also to any fire hydrant that may <br /> <br />be installed. <br /> <br /> <br />That the said Robert F. Fleming, or any contractor proceeding <br /> <br />at his instance and request, agree that they will save and keep the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville harmless from any and all claims for damages <br /> <br />arising out of the installation of said sewer pipe lines, including <br /> <br />the cost of defending the same. <br /> <br /> <br />That the said Robert F. Fleming shall be obligated to pay the <br /> <br />cost and expense of repairing any damage done to the Village street <br /> <br />or right-of-way. <br />
