<br />To effectuate the foregoing obligations, the designated person <br /> <br />or his contractor or representative shall carry liability insurance <br /> <br />in the amount of $lOO,OOO.OO for injury to any person, and $200,000.00 <br /> <br />for more than one person arising out of a single accident or occurrence, <br /> <br /> <br />which policy shall be endorsed to protect the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br /> <br />That the said Robert F. Fleming shall post bond in favor of <br /> <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville in sufficient amount as determined by the <br /> <br />Village to guarantee performance of all obligations placed upon him <br /> <br />by this Resolution, including the proper completion of the installation <br />and the repair of the said street. <br />That all of said sewer pipe lines shall be laid under the <br /> <br />supervision of the Village Engineer and shall be subject to any <br /> <br />conditions or regulations that he or the Village may deem necessary. <br /> <br />Nothing herein shall be construed as a relinquishment of the <br /> <br /> <br />rights of the Village of Roseville of its police power and its <br /> <br /> <br />power to make all regulations which might be necessary to secure <br /> <br />the safety, welfare and accommodation of the public, nor its right <br /> <br /> <br />of eminent domain,as provided ~ statute. <br /> <br />fhat before any connection is made to any residence or other <br /> <br />property, a permit shall be obtained from the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />and the license fee for each permit shall be paid in accordance <br /> <br />with the existing regulations of the Village. <br /> <br />That said Robert F.
