The analysis of potential sites considers three c�e�eloprnent mechanisrns;: infill <br />housing development; increased housing densities and redevelapment of exis�ing <br />non-reside�tial areas. The Update <br />acknowledges the City's share of th� region's affordable housing need for 2011 to <br />�020, �01 units: Ti�e Update shows 5$ acres (2000 to Z020) wifl be a�ailable for <br />high density resider�tiai development at 12 to 30 units per acre to pravide <br />opportunities �a meet this need. The U�date also shows approximately 77 acr�s <br />guided Corr�munity Mixed use available for high de�si�y residential de�elapment. <br />The Update provides the implerrzentatian taols and programs the City wiil use to <br />promote opportunities to address its share of the regior�'s housir�g need. The City's <br />HRA will cor�tinue to be active in promoting the development of affordable housing <br />by partnering with fed�ral, state, and local nonprofit agencies such as Habitat for <br />Humanity, and implementing its adapted Strategic Plan that directs the undertaking <br />af a rrariety of housi�g programs to maintain a strang housing stock ar�d <br />neighborhoads in the community. <br />Raseville is an ac�ive participant in the Li�able Cvmmunities Local Mousing <br />Incentives Account pragram and has applied for and received over $$3 million in <br />gran�s through the LCA program. <br />IndiVidual Sewage Treatment S�stems (ISTS) Pragram <br />Reviewer.
