City of Roseville <br />Cafeteria Plan <br />Effective January 1, 1994 <br />Amended and Restated Effective January 1, 2009 <br />Article 1. The Plan <br />Section 1.1 Establishment. City of Roseville (hereinafter the "Employer"), hereby <br />amends and restates, effective January 1, 2009, the City of Roseville Cafeteria Benefits Plan (the <br />"Plan"), which is a plan of flexible compensation for the exclusive benefit of Eligible Employees <br />of the Employer. <br />Section 1.2 Purpose. The purpose of the Plan is to increase the social insurance <br />protection of Eligible Employees by making available to those employees different combinations <br />of inedical benefits, dental care benefits, dependent care benefits, life insurance benefits, <br />contributions to Health Savings Accounts and direct compensation. The Plan is intended to <br />comply with the provisions of Sections 104 (disability coverage), 105 and 106 (accident and <br />health plans), 125 (cafeteria plans) and 129 (dependent care plans) of the Internal Revenue Code <br />of 1986, as amended. <br />1 City of Roseville MPD <br />
