b. Customer service, including the provision of <br />data analysis for policyholders, the Plan Sponsor, or other <br />customers; <br />viii. Resolution of internal grievances; and due diligence in <br />connection with the sale or transfer of assets to a potential successor in <br />interest, if the potential successor in interest is a"covered entity" subject <br />to the HIPAA privacy rules or, following completion of the sale or <br />transfer, will become a covered entity subject to the HIl'AA privacy rules. <br />(m) "Period of Covera�e," with respect to any Plan Year, means the <br />Plan Year; provided that, (i) for any Eligible Employee who becomes a Participant <br />after the start of a Plan Year, the Period of Coverage shall mean the period <br />commencing on the effective date of the Eligible Employee's participation, (ii) the <br />Period of Coverage for any Participant shall end upon termination of employment <br />or the Participant ceasing to be an Eligible Employee, except (A) with respect to <br />dependent care reimbursement coverage under paragraph 5.2.3 or (B), in the case <br />of inedical reimbursement coverage under paragraph 5.2.2, if the Employee <br />continues coverage in a manner consistent with this Plan, and (iu) with respect to <br />medical reimbursement coverage under paragraph 5.2.2, the Period of Coverage <br />shall not include any portion of the Plan Year for which the Participant does not <br />pay the applicable Medical Reimbursement Charge. <br />(n) "Plan" means the "City of Roseville Cafeteria Benefits Plan" as set <br />forth herein and as amended or restated from time to time. <br />(o) "Plan Administrator" means the Employer. <br />$ City of Roseville MPD <br />
