My business address is <br />2. I witnessed the execution of the foregoing agreement by the Seller. <br />3. I was not personally involved in the acquisition of the Property by the Buyer from <br />the Seller. <br />4. I did explain, on behalf of the Buyer, the contents of the foregoing Waiver of <br />Relocation Benefits to the Seller. The explanation was conducted in an <br />understandable manner. The Seller appeared to understand the terms and <br />conditions of the foregoing agreement. <br />5. No express or implied threats of taking the Property by eminent domain were <br />made by the Buyer or its representatives to the Seller. Nor, to my knowledge, <br />were any other threats made by the Buyer or its representatives throughout the <br />entire process of acquiring the Property that were intended to induce the Seller to <br />waive their relocation assistance or benefits. <br />6.
