We <br />produced this to suggest where we see the <br />potenrial to code future mixed-use centers <br />and more pedestrian-friendly, place-based <br />redevelopment. The Arona Neighborhood <br />Redevelopment area is one example of how <br />the City l�as used a form-based approach <br />for new investment. The following page <br />suggests how a form-based approach using <br />building typology could be used to code <br />future development.
