Organize Planning Commission meetings, City Council briefings. Summarize <br />discussions at meefings. <br />D. Zoning Map Amendments <br />As noted in the RFP, City staff will lead on this task Cuningl�am Group will provide <br />general recommendations on application of new zoning districts, and will review <br />draft maps. <br />E. Code and Map Adoption Process <br />This phase begins with Community Workshop 3, providing an opportunity to review <br />and discuss the draft code and map, using an open house format with several short <br />presentarions. Participants will have the opporlunity to review and comment on the draft <br />zoning map as it pertains to their neighborhood or area of the City. <br />Following the workshop, staff with Cuningham Group will determine wl�at revisions <br />� to code and map are needed. We anticipate that staff will take the lead in presenring <br />sections of the code to the City Council for considerarion. Cuningham Group will assist <br />in revising illustrations, preparing summaries of code sections, and answering questions <br />and comments. We will participate in meerings as needed. <br />Cuningham Group Responsibility: Work with staff to incorporate code revisions; <br />prepare presentafion materials and parficipate in Community Meefing 3. Prepare <br />code summaries and presentafion materials for Planning Commission and Council <br />meetings (We are available to attend addifional meetings on a per-meefing cost <br />basis). Prepare final code document in editable electronic form, including text and <br />graphic files. <br />OptionalAdditional Services: Cuningham Group can attend additional meetings, <br />prepare code-related handouts, fact sheets and training materials. We can <br />make recommendations for changes to other parts of the City Code to promote <br />consistency with the new zoning code and comprehensive plan. <br />Staff Responsibility: Organize Community Workshop 3, Planning Commission <br />meetings and hearings and Council meetings. Summarize discussions at meetings. <br />Idenfify final revisions to draft,• review and approve final products. <br />
