<br />Andrew Dresdner, AICP
<br />Urban Designer and Planner
<br />Andrew has more than 10 years of experience in community planning and urban
<br />design in which he has worked ea�tensively with both private and public clients. He is
<br />committed to creating mixed-use communities with lasting value and enduring beauty.
<br />His focus has been to use the design process in a public forum to collaboratively solve
<br />urban, regional and neighborhood problems. Andrew is particularly skilled at managing
<br />diverse viewpoints to create solutions that add value to both public and private interests.
<br />Prior to joining Cuningham Group Andrew worked at Urban Design Associates as
<br />Studio Director, responsible for design direction and financial performance of two urban
<br />design teams; of leading large, interdisciplinary teams and sub-consultants through
<br />complex and high-profile urban design projects for both private and public clients; and
<br />for maintaining client relations through delivery of quality products.
