Rhees, AICP <br />Urban Planner <br />Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in community and neighborhood planning and <br />zoning, with a particular emphasis on innovarive land use regulations and code reform. <br />She helps communiries visualize the "hidden design" in their current regulations, <br />and assists them in crafting ordinances tl�at would allow their most valued places to <br />be rebuilt.
