<br />Form-Based Codes and Zoning Ordinances
<br />Cuningham Group team members have written form-base codes and standards for cities
<br />such as Saint Paul and Duluth, Minnesota; Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin; Linn County, Iowa;
<br />and Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our ongoing rewrite of Madison's Zoning Code includes
<br />a new approach to the integrarion of form-based standards into miYed use corridors
<br />and specific districts across much of the city. Our rewrite of Saint Paul's Capitol Area
<br />Zoning Rules (a unique set of standards administered by a state agency rather than a city
<br />department) includes specific regularing plans for building frontage and height, as well
<br />as the rewriting of standards for five primary zoning districts.
