ORDINANCE NO. XXX <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING THE <br />ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT <br />2587 RICE STREET FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) <br />TO GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Planning File <br />09-026, the following property, located at 2587 Rice Street and legally described as: <br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 12, TOWN 29, <br />RANGE 23; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION, 528.73 <br />FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE LAND TO BE DESCRIBED; <br />THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF SAID SECTION, 97 FEET; THENCE <br />WEST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, 253 FEET; <br />THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION, 97 FEET; <br />THENCE EAST PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 253 FEET <br />TO THE POINT OF THE BEGINNING. <br />is hereby rezoned from Single-Family Residential District (R-1) to General Susiness District (S- <br />3) . <br />Section 2.
