Attend meetings, subcommittee meetings, advisory committees, and work groups <br />as appropriate and other meetings mutually agreed upon by Allina, Physicians and <br />the Law Enforcement Agencies. <br />I. Physicians shall notify the Law Enforcement Agencies of travel plans or other <br />circumstances under which they will not be available for consultation and shall <br />identify alternative physician(s), and provide contact information, who may be <br />contacted for any issues that arise during the Physicians' absence which require <br />immediate attention. <br />2.2 The Law Enforcement A�encies Compliance. In order to facilitate Physicians' <br />performance of the services and activities covered by this Agreement, the Law Enforcement <br />Agencies shall: <br />A. <br />S. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />Implement the medical protocols and guidelines developed by Physicians. <br />Report patient care problems and public complaints to Physicians. <br />Involve Physicians in the evaluation and selection of inedical equipment to be <br />acquired by the Law Enforcement Agencies. <br />Provide Physicians with copies of inedically relevant reports for evaluation and <br />review. <br />Provide Physicians with information on the medical training and/or certification <br />of all the Law Enforcement Agencies personnel. <br />2.3 Review of Services. The parties shall meet on a periodic basis to review the services <br />being provided under this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE III <br />Payment <br />
