<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~linnesota <br />August 5, 1968 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on August 5, 1968, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following were present: Mayor Moll, CotBlcilmen Shields, <br />Curley, Grauel, and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Nemer Cur ley <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />atSOLUTION NO. 3043 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING STORM Sm'7ER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NUMBEHED 67-9. 67-10, 67-19 and 67-20, <br />DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF THE EXPENSE <br />TBEREOF TO BE PAID BY THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLh Ai~ THE AMOUNT TO BE ASSESSED <br />AND DIRECTI~G PREPARATION OF AN ASSESS~~NT ROLL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />~linnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Village has heretofore instituted. ordered and <br />contracted for the construction of storm sewer improvements <br />numbered 67-9, 67-10, 67-19 and 67-20, pursuant to and in <br />accordance with the provisions of Vdnnesota statutes, Chapter 429. <br />The proceedings for each of said improvements were instituted <br />in 1967. The proceedings for each of said improvements having <br />been effectively instituted at substantially the same dates, <br />and all such improvements having now been substantially completed <br />or being near completion and the cost thereof having been <br />ascertained, it is hereby determined that all of said improve- <br />ments, although separately instituted, can be more economically <br />completed if consolidated and joined as one project for the <br />
