purpose of further proceedings: inasmuch as it is desirable that a single assessment roll should be prepared in order to advise the owner of each parcel of the total amount proposed to be assessed upon such parcel for benefits conferred thereon by any of such improvements. pursuant to the authority contained in Minnesota Statutes, Section 435.56, the future proceedings for these separate improvements are hereby consolidated, and henceforth all proceedings shall be conducted in all respects as if the various separate proceedings had originally been instituted as one proceeding. 2. It is further determined that the amount of the total expense of said consolidated improvements which the Village of Roseville shall pay, other than any amount which it will pay as a property owner, is $ 930.077 . and that the amount to be assessed upon benefited properties, within the areas heretofore determined to be specially benefited by said consolidated improvements, is $ 304,800 . 3. The Village Manager, with the assistance of the engineers heretofore selected by the Council for the planning and supervision of said consolidated ~provements, shall forth- with calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed therefor against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 429,051. When completed, the proposed assessment roll shall be filed with the Manager and shall be open to public inspection, and the ~snager shall present the same to this Council at its next meeting thereafter, for such further action as may then be deemed necessary and expedient. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Melllber Shields , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: AU present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
