Approve aOne-Year Extension to an Agreement with Metro Transit for a <br />Park and Ride Facility at the Skating Center <br />Johnson moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of an Amendment No. 3 to the existing <br />lease agreement between the Metropolitan Council and the City of Roseville for a <br />50 space Park and Ride facility at the Skating Center until December 31, 2010. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Johnson; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />f. Roseville Energy Action and Conservation Team (REACT) Update <br />Mayor Klausing recognized the REACT as an example of the type of employees <br />of the City and their affirmative action in reducing energy use and costs for the <br />City. Mayor Klausing acknowledged their efforts on behalf of City of Roseville <br />taxpayers and applauded their actions in the community above and beyond their <br />normal duties. <br />Johnson moved, Ihlan seconded, receipt of the October 26, 2009 update from the <br />Roseville Energy Action and Conservation (REACT Team) as presented. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Johnson; Pust; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />g.
