Tl�e Coui�cil assumes no responsibility for obtaining any <br />ap�licable iocal, sta[e or federal licenses, �ern�its, ba�lds, au€horizaEions or approva�s necessary to <br />perform ot� co�nplete the Project ac�ivities described in Aitachrnem A. <br />5.06 Sub�r-aniees, Contractors and Sul��o��traciors. '1'}�e Gr�ntee shall include in �ly subgt�ant, <br />conirac! or subcontract for Project acti��ities a�3pro�riate p��ovisions to ensure subgrantee, contractor <br />and suE�contractor c�m�liance �vith ali applicable state and federal laws and this Agreement.
