Attachment A <br />EXTR.ACT 4F MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />:� � � � � � � � * * � � � :� � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City af Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 6th day of December, 2004, at 6:0� p.arz�. <br />The following znembers were present: Ihlan, Kough, Schraeder, Maschka <br />amd Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Kough intraduced the following resolutian and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 1026b <br />Amending Resolution 9372 To Change The <br />Reappointment Process and Term Limits for <br />Roseville Citizen Advisory Caarr�missions. <br />WHEREAS, the City af Raseville has five citizen advisozy commissians - <br />the Civii Sezvice Commission; Yhe Human Rights <br />COii11i715510�i� the Parks and Recreation Commissian, the <br />Planning Commission, and the Public Works, Enviranment <br />and Tara�sportatian Commissian; and <br />WHEREAS, Resoluiion 9372, dated January 30, 1997, ou�lines the <br />process by which the City Council will interview app�ica�ts <br />for Cnmrnission vacancies and how the Council will handle <br />the reappointzz�e�t process; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Co�ncil has been co�.sidering changes to the <br />parocess by which the Council reappoints sitting commission <br />members once �heir term expires; <br />WHEREAS, the Cauncil invited comment from the public and from <br />current commissioners about the organizatia� of citizen <br />advisory cammissions and the reappointment process; <br />N4W, THEREFORE, BE IT RES4LVED, that th� Raseville City Council <br />hereby amends Resolution 9372 to read as follows: <br />1 <br />
