The 13-6 Office Park District is intended for <br />selected areas desiznated as B Business area within the Comnrehensive Plan. <br />1005.07: B-6 MIXED USE BUSINESS PARK DISTRICTS: <br />A. A B-6 district maybe established after completion and city approval of a mixed-use <br />master plan for the entire district and completion of any required or voluntary <br />environmental review such as an Environmental lmpact Statement (E1S) or Alternate <br />Urban Area Review (AUAR) as defined by the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board <br />rules. Uses permitted within a B-6 district shall comply with Section 1008 of this Code <br />by completing a Planned Unit Development prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits. Bank and financial institutions. <br />7. Health clubs if ancillary to a permitted use. <br />8. Restaurant if ancillary to a permitted use. <br />9.
