Parking to accommodate uses in a contiguous mixed use business district (Ord. <br />1022, 11-9-87) <br />12. Multi-family housing. <br />Special Minimum Requirements: <br />t. All uses shall be subject to Business Park Design Standards as specified in Section <br />1010. <br />2. MaYimum Floor Area Ratio: No maximum floor area ratio is required. A minimum <br />floor area ratio shall be O.Sachievable in stages through a planned unit development. <br />A maximum floor area ratio shall be 0.75 unless increased within the planned unit <br />development agreement. <br />3. Setbacks: <br />a. Front Yard Setback: Front yard setback shall be thirry feet (30') unless <br />specified otherwise in the planned unit development agreement The <br />minimum front yard setback for parking shall be a minimum of fifteen feet <br />( I Y), with landscape screening and/or berming to a height of 36 inches <br />above the parking lot curb as required in Section 1010 unless specified <br />otherwise in the planned unit development agreement. <br />b. Side and Rear Yard Setbacks: The side and rear yard setbacks shall be ten <br />feet (10'). Parking may occur within ten feet (10') of a side or five feet <br />(5') of a rear lot line unless otherwise specified in the planned unit <br />development agreement. In the case of comer or double frontage lots, the <br />front setbacks shall apply. <br />4. Building Height: The maximum height of buildings in the B-6 District shall be five <br />stories or sevenry feet above grade, whichever is less. However, buildings over <br />forry (40) feet in height shall have front lots not less than 30 feet plus one-ha1� of <br />the height of the building and side and rear yard setbacks of not less than 10 feet <br />plus one-fourth ( I/4) of the height of the building. <br />�5 <br />
