Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Proclamation <br />City Manager Beets provided an overview of the Roseville <br />Proclamation that proclaimed January 19, 2004 to be <br />recognized as Martin Luther King Day in the City of <br />Roseville; and urging all citizens to join together to <br />recognize, praise and honor the efforts of Dr. Martin <br />Luther King., Jr. <br />C�.
