Organizational City Council Minutes —1/5/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 2 <br />Councilmember Dean Maschka. <br />Councilmember Maschka thanked his mother and expressed his <br />honor at being provided the opportunity to be sworn in by her. <br />Councilmember Maschka noted that tonight was the City's and the <br />Mayor's night; thanked friends and family for their attendance; <br />expressed his enthusiasm for the next three years and his desire to <br />make Roseville a better place to live by leaving a legacy of leaving <br />the City a better place than it was found. <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at approximately 6:15 <br />p.m. for additional photo opportunities and to greet those <br />remaining at the reception; reconvening the meeting for <br />business at 6:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Klausing and Councilmembers Schroeder, Maschka, 6:32 p.m. Roll Call <br />and Kough met in the City Council Chambers on the above <br />date. <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and <br />Klausing. <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Klausing called the regular meeting to order at 6:32 <br />p.m. and welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council <br />meeting. <br />1, Public Comment <br />2, Review Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing reviewed <br />business and procedures, etc. <br />agenda format; organizational <br />Councilmember Schroeder requested the removal of Item 5. B. <br />"Approving Sign Permits for annual City Events," from the <br />Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />Mayor Klausing moved the item to Item 4. J. under <br />Public Comment <br />Review Agenda <br />
