Civic and Volunteer Activities: Current: Roseville Parks and Recreation Commission. Commission member 8 years, 3 as chairperson. Current: North Suburban Youth Foundation. Director for 10 years. Executive board for 4 years, serving as NSYF President for 1 term: Current: Volunteer for the American Red Cross. Annually in August for the Minnesota State Fair, manning the Red Cross Transplant Booth. Pve done this for the last 12years. St� of the North Games. Worked as a volunteer for the last two Star of the North Games that Roseville hosted. I was Medical Director for the last set of games, managing a11 medical personnel. Rosefest Parade Committee, 4 years. I served as Chairperson for 1 year. Infrastructure Task Force. Roseville Gymnastics Association. 9 years, serving 4 years as board president. Assisted with agreement with RAHS and Parks and Recreation for the new gymnastics center. Reasons to Serve: The city of Roseville has a varied population of residents. We have seniors with varied needs. We have adults, some with families and some without, and we have our youth. I would like to be more involved with the policies of a� city, to help serve the residents of our community. As a women who has volunteered in this community for over 20 years, I would like to bring my experience with Parks and Recreation, my serviceto youth, and my people skills to the City Council, to serve a community which has given our families so much. I would like to help preserve our cities financial status while trying to balance the needs of all our citizens, young and old. I want our residents to be proud of the community tl�at they live in, and I want our city to be an example of how things should be done in communities our size.
