To ensure the most effective provision of information, <br />all information requests are made through the Department <br />Head or his designee. <br />C. To obtain a full understanding of the irnplications of the <br />major issues to be raised at a Council meeting, and to <br />expedite the public hearing process, Council rnembers <br />review as many questions and concerns as possible with <br />staff prior to the Council rneeting. <br />7. Council rnembers review proposed developrnent projects in a <br />team effort with staff, rather than working individually with <br />developers. <br />
