EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 26th day of January, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Kough, Schroeder, Maschlca, Klausing, <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF THE DATA LICENSE <br />AGREEMENT FOR ��� DATA WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN SAID RENEWAL ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY FOR 2004 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville utilizes �'rI� metro-wide parcel level data for <br />purposes of city comparisons and analysis, and <br />WHEREAS, City uses such data for comparative studies with other first ring <br />suburbs on issues such as housing supply, valuation, land use, and demographics, and <br />WHEREAS, the City has an existing agreement with Hennepin County for use of <br />its parcel-level data through the Electronic Proprietary Database License Agreement <br />(EPDB), approved on September 22,2003 and requests an extension of said Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville hereby <br />requests an extension to said Agreement for 2004 and authorizes the City Manager to act <br />as signatory to extend such an agreement. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following <br />voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHERE UPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />7•Y;,�,:;�k•uri-r��Y•PLr-;n��rnin�•Jz'�nu�-,� "rd�iwiUU-}S+�k���l_konaFr}•_C`er�nr}�_i:15_L'xr_�aup_FFr4_fkrneuvl'dfennrpn <br />Camty EPDB Renewa Res(012604).doc <br />
