❑ Hardware and software purchasing evaluationitesting. <br />O Hardware and software training. <br />B. The City of Roseville shall be solely responsible for compensating the assigned <br />Employee(s) engaged in providing computer and technical services under this Agreement, <br />including any overtime wages incurred, as well as any insurance or employee benefits provided <br />under the policies or agreements of the City of Roseville. In addition, the City of Roseville shall <br />be solely responsible for worker's compensation, reemployment insurance benefits, and other <br />employee related laws, including OSHA, ERISA, RLSA, and FMLA. The City of Roseville <br />shall retain the authority to control the employees, including the right to hire, fire and discipline <br />them. <br />B. The City of LITTLE CANADA will provide the necessary office, equipment, and <br />supplies for the assigned Employee(s) to provide the services required hereunder and will bear <br />all costs attendant thereto. <br />C. The City of LITTLE CANADA shall coordinate scheduling of work to be <br />performed by the assigned Employee(s) with and shall receive prior approval of all scheduled <br />hours to be performed under this Agreement from the Roseville City Manager or his designee. <br />2. PAYMENT. The City of LITTLE CANADA will compensate the City of <br />Roseville for services rendered in the annual amount of Eight Thousand and Seven Hundred <br />Dollars ($8,700.00) for services rendered. The City of LITTLE CANADA shall make monthly <br />payments, upon presentation by the City of ROSEVILLE of a monthly billing equal to one- <br />twelfth (1/12t�) of the annual amount herein stated. <br />3. INDEMNIFICATION. The City of Roseville agrees to assume sole liability for <br />any negligent or intentional acts of the assigned Employee(s) while performing the assigned <br />duties within the jurisdiction of either city.
