DRAFT EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26�' day of January, 2004, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Maschka, and Schroeder and the following were absent: None Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I N ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1005.04C17 AND 1013.A1D OF T HE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR SPEEDWAY SUPERAMERICA,2172 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF3524). WHEREAS, Speedway SuperAmerica has requested a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1��_��'17 and 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code to allow a 2,200 sq. ft. portion of the existing convenience store to be converted into an off-sale liquor store; and WHEREAS, the properiy in question is the Speedway SuperAmerica site at 2172 Lexington Avenue, legally described as: Requires Correct Legal Description PIN: 11-29-23-33-0065 WHEREAS; the proposal by Speedway SuperAmerica seeks to convert 2,200 sq. fi. of the existing general merchandising sales area into a separate off-sale liquor store witl� a separate exterior access; and WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional u�e permits, which is as follows: �.
