I A RESOLUTION DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT I N ACCOk��ANCE WITH SECTION 1005.04C17 AND 1013.4�.D OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY C DE FOR SPEEDWAY SUPERAMERICA, 2172 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF35 ��. WHEREAS, Speedway SuperAmerica has requested a ConditionalUse Permit in accordance with Section L��.��17 and 1013.O1D of the Roseville City Code to all��v a 2,200 sq. ft. off-sale liquor store within the existing convenience store; and WHEREAS, the Speedway SuperAmerica parcel is located at 2172 Lexingto Avenue, and legally described as: Requires Correct Legal Description PIN: 11-29-23-33-0065 WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional u.y� permits, which is as follows: � a. Impact on traffic b. Impacts on parks, streets and otherpublicfacilities c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and sr 'cture with contiguous properties d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare f. Compatibility with the City's ComprehensivePlan WHERAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing on th� Conditional Use Permit for SuperAmerica finding the following: I a. that the proposed request/project will impact traffic for the fo11o��N ng reasons: There will be a 3.5% increase in traffic. However, there � no information available regarding traffic accidents in the area and ��re may be a public service impact.
