I grew up in Rochester, MN, and have lived in the Twin Cities since 1985. Since 1985, I <br />have been active in the brokerage and development of commercial property - primarily in Minnesota <br />and California. Over the last 10 years while with Welsh Companies, I have leased over 4_O <br />million square feet of commercial space, and sold or purchased 300 acres of land.
