There also is an add for fire safing and fire <br />caulking in certain areas that were missed in the specifications and details. <br />WDSI Deduct �1.200.00 <br />This change is a deduct for detention toilet accessories that were covered in another contract. <br />Financial Implications: A contingencybudget was reserved within the project budget for <br />unforeseen conditions, design problems, and construction complications. The approximate <br />contingencyremaining is $250,000 after all potential changes are considered at this time. This <br />amount would also need to cover any additional alternates the Council desires to complete the <br />proj ect. We anticipate some additional unforeseen conditions as we begin the remodel of the <br />existing city hall in May.
